Natural

When available we offer a selection of "Natural" cuts of beef. These are from grass fed beef that is not treated with any antibiotics or hormones. Typically these cuts are also leaner than our regular Prime Quality beef but are still surprisingly tender and juicy.

Available cuts usually in include the beef shoulder, chuck and ribs. Please call for availability.

At present we do offer organic chickens but have not yet found a source for quality cuts of certified organic beef, veal or lamb.
