Thanksgiving is Thursday, November 23rd and we will be closed that day. We would appreciate your holiday order by Tuesday, November 14th. We have fresh, raw turkeys typically from 12 lbs to 20 lbs or more. These are hormone and antibiotic free and are “dry brined” as part of the koshering process. Please note that as the holiday approaches inventories become limited and some sizes may not be readily available. Please order early and plan to accept your holiday fresh turkey order on Monday or Tuesday before the holiday.
We also offer Turkey Parts and Boneless Turkey Roasts. We also have frozen Capons (10 to 12 lbs), Duck and Cornish Hens.

We can roast any of our Turkey and other poultry items for you! : Rotisserie Turkeys and Parts, Boneless Roasts, BBQ Ducks, Stuffed Cornish Hens and of course our excellent rotisserie BBQ Chickens. We also make Homemade Cranberry Relish with Oranges and our savory Challah Stuffing.
Orders for Rotisserie Turkeys and complete prepared Thanksgiving Dinners will be accepted for Weds. Nov. 22nd, delivery or pick up.
We will be open on Friday, Nov. 24th from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM for Shabbat shopping. Please let us know in advance what you will need for Shabbat.
