Holiday Entrée Ideas
Beef favorites: Prime Rib Roast is an elegant centerpiece — simply season and roast. Silver Tip Roast is lean, boneless, and economical. For slow, moist cooking, consider First Cut Brisket, Second Cut Brisket, Top of the Rib, Square Roast or Deckle.
Veal & lamb: Veal or Lamb Shoulder Roasts pair well with a variety of sauces. Veal Shanks and Lamb Shanks also braise beautifully.
Poultry: Fresh turkey is always a favorite and is available from 14 to over 20 pounds; please pre-order larger sizes. Boneless Turkey Breast Roast carves easily, while capons and Cornish hens are popular alternatives.
Let us cook: We can roast a Whole Turkey or Boneless Turkey Roast on our rotisserie. Slow Cooked Brisket, Rotisserie Chicken, Apricot Chicken and Stuffed Cabbage are holiday classics. Round Holiday Challahs are available plain or raisin, baked or raw. Honey Cakes and Taigelach are also in stock.
