Veal Spare Rib Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds veal spare ribs
- 1 cup red wine
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs, such as thyme, rosemary, and oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the red wine, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Add the veal spare ribs to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- Remove the veal spare ribs from the marinade and place in a single layer in a baking dish.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until the meat is tender.
- Serve immediately.
