Veal Spare Ribs

Cut from the breast of a young veal calf, our Veal Spare Ribs provide outstanding tenderness and a deep, rich flavor. Carefully marinated to bring out their natural qualities, they promise a sophisticated and gratifying dining experience.

Veal Spare Rib Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds veal spare ribs
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs, such as thyme, rosemary, and oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the red wine, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the veal spare ribs to the bowl and toss to coat.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  4. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
  5. Remove the veal spare ribs from the marinade and place in a single layer in a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 1 hour, or until the meat is tender.
  7. Serve immediately.
