The food from Fischer bros/Sova catering is always delicious and fresh with real depth of flavor that takes hours of cooking!! There are NO shortcuts with how they cook the food. The bourekas and mezze are made in house. The dips and salads are fresh and flavorful! The meat, chicken and fish dishes are tender as can be and perfectly seasoned. Garlic is fresh garlic, ginger is fresh ginger and all the seasonings and flavors are the real thing!! Portions are generous and the prices are fair! The owners are lovely generous community members!! Highly highly recommend!! Haven’t had a bad experience yet and I’ve been ordering many times over the past 6-7 years! In case you’re confused, Fischer bros is the store front and Sova is the catering. The catering is also delicious, consistent, generous, and well priced. When Sova caters the party, they can take care of everything. Decor, linens, display, waiters,… and very well priced! The room always looks gorgeous and the food is always delicious! I have been to many events catered by Sova and they are always really well done!!
