Everything you need for the Rosh Hashanah seder night, arranged and ready to bring straight to the table. Our simanim platter includes apple with honey, pomegranate, carrots, beets, leeks, dates, and a fish head, each one washed, trimmed, and portioned so nothing is left to do when you get home.

The simanim are the symbolic foods eaten at the start of the Rosh Hashanah meal, each with its own yehi ratzon. Apple dipped in honey for a sweet new year. Pomegranate, that our merits multiply like its seeds. Carrots for a torn decree and increased merit. Beets, that our adversaries withdraw. Leeks, that our enemies be cut off. Dates, that those who hate us be finished. And the fish head, that we be a head and not a tail in the year ahead.
